A farm township built on, all at once
Manalapan is a farm township that was built on, and the housing dates from that build-out rather than from before it. Median construction year is 1985. Gordons Corner runs a generation older — 1980s colonials, split-levels and ranches — and the standard four-bedroom centre-hall colonial belongs to the early-to-mid 1990s. That puts most of the township in the window where original water heaters, original panels and original kitchens have all reached the end at roughly the same time.
